Festival tickets are officially on sale now at GreyCupFestival.ca, with corporate packages also available for groups looking to experience Grey Cup week together.

“Grey Cup week has always been about so much more than one football game. It is a celebration that brings Canadians together, and this November we have an opportunity to showcase the very best of Calgary while welcoming fans from every corner of the country,” said Deborah Yedlin, Co-Chair of the Cenovus Energy 2026 Grey Cup Festival. “We have set out to create a Festival where everyone can find something to be part of, and we can’t wait to welcome Canada to our city.”

The celebration officially begins Wednesday, November 11, with the Grey Cup Festival Kick-Off Party at the Big Four Roadhouse featuring The Trews, which will include a special Remembrance Day acknowledgement honouring those who have served and continue to serve Canada. From there, Stampede Park will transform into the home of Grey Cup week, with programming continuing through Saturday night.

“The Grey Cup is one of Canada’s great sporting traditions, and hosting it here in Alberta gives us an opportunity to showcase our province, our people and our passion for sport to fans from across the country,” said Andrew Boitchenko, Minister of Tourism and Sport. “Events of this scale bring people together, support our tourism and hospitality sectors and inspire the next generation to get involved in sport.”

Bringing the Festival to life will be nearly 950 volunteers through the Volunteer Program, presented by CIBC. From welcoming visitors and supporting events to helping fans navigate the Festival, volunteers will play an important role in delivering the Grey Cup Festival experience and showcasing Calgary’s signature hospitality to visitors from across the country.

At the center of the celebration will be the Street Festival presented by Suncor, taking over Lot 3 from November 12–14. The free Street Festival will include pancake breakfasts presented by MNP, family-friendly licensed beer gardens, the ATCO Energy Warming Zone, partner activations, an interactive art installation known as The Beacon XL, a Northern Lights experience, live local entertainment provided by Calgary Arts Development on the outdoor stage presented by Coke, nightly drone shows and so much more!

Football will also be front and center throughout the Festival, with both indoor and outdoor turf spaces, provided by GTR Turf, featuring programming led by Football Alberta, along with traditional Indigenous game demonstrations by Dodginghorse Ranch.

“Calgary knows how to host a celebration, and Grey Cup week is an opportunity to show Canadians the hospitality, spirit and character that make this city so special,” said Jeromy Farkas, Mayor, City of Calgary. “We look forward to welcoming fans from across the country and seeing Calgarians come together to be part of an unforgettable week.”

Canadian music meets Calgary’s Western spirit

The Festival’s ticketed entertainment lineup will bring some of Canada’s biggest musical acts together with experiences that celebrate Calgary’s Western roots.

Following Wednesday’s Kick-Off Party with The Trews, Alan Doyle and The Strumbellas will take over the Big Four Roadhouse on Thursday, November 12.

On Saturday, November 14, the Nutrien Centre will host two rodeo performances, featuring bull riding, saddle bronc, bareback, bull fighting and wild pony racing, along with pyrotechnics, giveaways and live music from Alberta country artist Drew Gregory.

Saturday night will culminate with the Saturday Night Concert presented by Bud Light, where fans can purchase a Secret Country Ticket without knowing the identity of the headlining artist in advance.

“Cenovus Energy is a proud Canadian energy company with deep roots in the communities where we live, work and operate, including Calgary. We’re excited to help welcome Canadians here for a celebration that combines so much of what makes our city and our country special,” said Jeff Lawson, Executive Vice-President, Corporate Development, Cenovus Energy. “From Canadian music to rodeo, there is an incredible lineup waiting for fans this November.”

A Festival for everyone

Inside the BMO Centre, the Family Zone presented by TELUS will offer free programming for families throughout the Festival, including children’s entertainment, bouncy castles, a toddler play zone, football activities, autograph sessions with members of the CFL Alumni Association and the CFL Players Association, the Canadian Football Hall of Fame and plenty more.

The Festival has also been designed with accessibility and inclusion in mind. In partnership with AdaptAbility, a sensory-friendly, enclosed trailer will provide a quieter, calming environment for guests who may need a break from the sights and sounds of the Festival, featuring supportive lighting, sound management, textures and comfort aids. Sensory kits, including noise-reducing earmuffs, earplugs and fidget toys, will also be available to sign out throughout the Festival. For families with little ones, the Lil’ Fan Zone will provide a private infant feeding space and changing facilities.

“This November, Calgary will welcome visitors from across Canada for an event that showcases not only our city’s love of sport, but our incredible hospitality, culture and ability to bring people together,” said Alisha Reynolds, President and CEO of Tourism Calgary. “The Grey Cup Festival gives visitors another reason to experience everything Calgary has to offer while supporting the hundreds of local businesses that make up our growing visitor economy.”

One of the Festival’s signature youth initiatives will be the Girls in Sport Summit presented by William Huff and Inter Pipeline, taking place Saturday, November 14 at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

Hosted by the Grey Cup Festival in partnership with the Girls Forward Foundation, the Summit will bring together 300 girls ages 8 to 14 to participate in football or cheer clinics, hear from inspiring women, build confidence and discover what sport can offer. The Summit will be followed by the Cheer Extravaganza, featuring CFL cheerleading and dance teams from across the country.

“We have put an incredible amount of heart, thought and care into creating a Festival where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together and feel like they belong,” said Karen Dommett, Executive Director, Cenovus Energy 2026 Grey Cup Festival. “Whether you come for the football, music, family experiences, Western culture or simply to be part of the celebration, we want everyone to find something that connects them to this Festival. I can’t wait to see everything we’ve been working toward come to life this November.”

Celebrating the traditions of Grey Cup

The Festival will also celebrate the people and traditions that have made Grey Cup week unlike any other sporting event in Canada.

On Friday, November 13, the CFLAA Legends Luncheon co-presented by Surge Energy and Ensign Energy will bring CFL legends from across the league together at the Big Four Roadhouse while raising funds for the CFL Alumni Association Support Fund.

Beginning Thursday, November 12, CFL Team Parties, presented by FanDuel will take over the BMO Centre, with every CFL team hosting its own themed space celebrating the food, entertainment, traditions and fan culture of its home city.

The week will build toward Sunday, November 15, when the celebration moves to McMahon Stadium. Ahead of the 113th Grey Cup, the east parking lot will come alive from 1–5 p.m. with the free Game Day Tailgate, featuring live entertainment, games, food and beverages as fans get ready for kickoff. Fans looking to elevate their pre-game experience can purchase tickets to the +18 VIP Game Day Tailgate presented by FanDuel, offering a private tailgate space with a dedicated entrance, stage-front access to live entertainment, covered and heated seating areas, enhanced food and beverage options available for purchase, premium photo opportunities and more. Guests will also have full access to the free Game Day Tailgate.

“There is nothing quite like Grey Cup week, and Stampeders fans know better than anyone how special the atmosphere can be when football fans come together,” said Jay McNeil, President, Calgary Stampeders. “This November, we get to welcome CFL fans from across the country into our home, share some of Calgary’s great football traditions with them and then bring everyone together at McMahon Stadium for the 113th Grey Cup.
